Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx)
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Flat rate: £12.95
– Tracking included

Free Shipping (EMS)
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Available for orders over £50
– Tracking included

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Considerations

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply to international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Forskins Health products. If you’re not, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products in these categories:

  • Exfoliants
  • Specific Treatments
  • Eye Contour products

These items may only be returned if unopened with original seals intact, or if faulty.

Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of delivery, email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please include this number with your return.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely package the unused products in their original packaging with all documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the package.

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after approval
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Specify your desired replacement product in your return request
  • We’ll ship your new product once the return is received
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return at no cost to you.
